I've always been drawn to what lies beneath the surface of things: the needs people struggle to express, the circumstances that leave them hurting, and the things that prevent them from living with dignity and hope.

Over time, I've realised that much of what I write, build, and give my attention to comes from the same place. I care about what is broken in people and the world, not merely as something to observe or understand, but as something worth responding to.

My work has taken me across technology, corporate environments, mind-wellness, administration, and project coordination. While these may seem like different disciplines, I find a common thread in them: understanding what is needed, bringing the right people and resources together, and making things work in ways that genuinely serve others.

I'm particularly drawn to people who are hurting, overlooked, or carrying more than they should have to. I care about the ways injustice and indifference deepen human suffering, and about creating spaces, systems, and relationships where people can be supported rather than diminished.

My faith in Christ shapes how I understand this responsibility. I believe people are worthy of dignity, that grace meets us in our brokenness, and that what we have been given is meant to be stewarded for the good of others. The words of Isaiah 61:1 resonate deeply with the kind of life I hope to live: one that brings good news, attends to the brokenhearted, and seeks freedom for those held captive by suffering and oppression.

Whatever form my work takes, I want it to be rooted in that conviction: to recognise what is broken, and to do what I can to help bring about restoration.
